At Dr. Ayel, every soap is handcrafted in small batches using premium natural ingredients. We carefully inspect every order before shipping to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Shipping

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery times may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7-Day Return & Replacement Policy

We want you to shop with confidence.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligible for Return or Replacement

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product arrived damaged during shipping.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Return Conditions

To be eligible:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Photos or a short video may be requested to verify the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used soaps.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
  • Items returned without original packaging.
  • Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless damaged or defective).

Return Process

To initiate a return or replacement:

Email us at support@drayel.com with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Photos or a short video of the product
  • A brief description of the issue

Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Replacement

If your replacement request is approved, we will ship the replacement product at no additional cost.
