Dr.ayel was founded by Mahendra Kumar and Siddharth (Bhura) with a simple but powerful observation.

While exploring the Indian market, we noticed that there are countless beauty and skincare products available — but most of them are heavily chemical-based. More importantly, there were very few products thoughtfully created specifically for men.

At the same time, we saw how international brands like Dr. Squatch and Duke Cannon were building strong identities around natural, masculine grooming products. That inspired us to bring something similar — but tailored for India.

With that vision, we started Dr.ayel from a small space in Delhi, beginning our journey with cold process soap making.

The journey wasn’t easy.

In the initial months, we faced multiple failed batches. For nearly 4 to 5 months, we kept experimenting, learning, and improving our process. Slowly, we started achieving the quality we were aiming for. Once we were confident, we got our soaps tested — including proper lab testing and pH testing — to ensure they are safe and skin-friendly.

Only after that did we begin launching our products, step by step.

At Dr.ayel, every soap is handcrafted using natural ingredients and cured patiently to deliver a better, more thoughtful skincare experience.

We also strongly believe in complete transparency. That’s why every Dr.ayel product clearly lists its ingredients in bold — exactly as they are, with nothing hidden. What you see is exactly what you get.

Our goal is simple — to build a brand in India that focuses on men’s hygiene using natural and honest products, something that has long been overlooked.

We are just getting started, but our vision is clear — to create products that men can trust, use daily, and feel confident about.
